Hi, I'm Nicole.
I'm a technical writer with a background in healthcare technology, SaaS support, web development, UX, and digital publishing.
I've spent much of my career working between complex systems and the people who need to use them.
In healthcare technology, I've created SOPs, work instructions, end-user documentation, training materials, and compliance resources for clinical engineering teams. I've also helped implement and support a CMMS managing more than 1,600 medical devices.
Later, I moved into web technology and digital products, where I wrote help content, maintained knowledge bases, created technical tutorials, supported WordPress publishers, and helped users make sense of technical problems.
My background in graphic design, UX, front-end development, and editing influences how I approach documentation. I'm interested not only in what information needs to be communicated, but how people find it, understand it, and use it.
